Seems like it could be cool, but doesn't work well

I just don't understand how you're supposed to get the...rocket thing...to move across the screen fast enough.

Also, it takes forever to choose a mode on the main menu, lol.

Awesome game.

Why can't anyone spell trophy?

yeah, yeah, yeah

Experimental, genius, different, outside the box, yeah. Fun? No.

Still, well made, so bonus points for Flash competence.

Terrific game!!!

I loved it! Yeah, there were some minor glitches (sometimes objects would randomly teleport to a different location), but the only main beef I have with the game is that I beat level 39, but when I walk through the exit it just puts me back at the entrance. It doesn't restart, it just doesn't let me finish. :/ Please fix that if possible, if not, then, oh well. 39 levels is respectable, and it was great fun.

It was alright

Nothing too snazzy, but solid. One minor thing that bothered me. It only asks if it's your final answer if you have the right answer. What's the point in that?

File size i have tried that and it was over 12 megs

That was intense, man

Ok, I officially love this game and hope it takes first prize.

This is one of the few truly innovative games to come out of the rock out competition. It adds a level of challenge that I was not expecting going into it. The spinning is a twist of pure genius.

Even more importantly, the lights and the music were ACTUALLY SYNCHED! Very few games so far have managed that!

I loved the scoring system as well. It made me feel like I was sooo talented when I got to the end and my score was about 300000 times what I expected. Even if everyone else still scored higher on the high score list. (#29 of the day, baybee!)

I had a *LOT* of fun playing this, and have only a few suggestions to improve it.

1.) Give the lights a little color.
Not multiple colors, since that would make it too easy, as you could go by color rather than direction, but just one color. Make them easier to see. My biggest frustration was in being unable to tell if a light was coming or not as the disc spun.

2.) Slightly better music.
The music was good, but it didn't stand out much. I can't tell you what exactly would be more successful, but look around. See what you can find. Maybe a couple of faster songs.

3.) MORE music.
It would be nice if it lasted a bit longer. I was sad to see it end.

4.) Some form of challenge mode.
Perhaps an endless mode, with a really catchy loop of some sort, or just a really hard, fast song with much spinning.

It looked good, it played great, and it's won me over. Got my fingers crossed and praying for your victory. Congrats in advance.

Just not that great

I'm not sure what everyone else is getting excited about. This is just too simplistic. I agree with one reviewer in that complex controls can be tough to work out in a flash game, but still, something a *little* more difficult than sliding your mouse back and forth?

This is good, I'll admit, but it's just not up to par with some of the other entries. When I play it I feel like I'm playing Guitar Hero, except the graphical flair is gone and I'm only using one finger.

Still, good job. Don't take my review as an insult, please, I just think that there's a certain spunk that a rock out game needs to have, and this one is just a little bit lacking.

3/5, 6/10.

Jeez, some people are so bitter about sucking

I thought this was great. Really innovative, wonderful gameplay, great music, the monsters correspond with the beat very well. I only have one complaint. Maybe it was my computer, but I highly doubt it. It seemed like a lot of the monsters were just a split second ahead of the beat, which made it tough for me to play. It's hard to get used to hitting the 'a' just before the beat actually hits.

All in all, though, I really hope you make more of this. More songs, more settings, more features, go for it!!

Well it worked fine for me

This was awesome, I love the grooviness. It's good fun to play a take on a classic arcade-style game, but it's even better when it feels like the whole universe is rocking out with you. Kudos, broseph.

INTENSE!

I can most definitely picture this as a full-size arcade game, with a turntable and everything. This is pure genius, very innovative. If you don't already work for a game developer, you certainly should!
